Design & Planning

We know this is one of the most important stages of any project and our team are here to ensure things run smoothly. We are available either by phone or email and will be happy to discuss your plans and ideas for your new extension. When it is convenient for you, we will also conduct a home visit to view the space we have to work with.

If you don’t already have planning permission for your extension, we will introduce you to our trusted architects. They will take you through the process, create your plans and seek permission for the building work to be completed.

Groundworks & Bricklaying

The groundworks are the first stage of any construction project. Our workmen prepare sub-surfaces for the start of construction work, completing the installation of footings and foundations. Working alongside them are our bricklayers, who are responsible for building or repairing walls in accordance with the construction plans.

Plumbing & Electrics

With the peace of mind that all our qualified plumbers hold a Gas Safe Certificate and our electricians work is NIC certified, they will install all the fixtures and appliances for your new extension. They will also manage the water, drainage and gas pipes.

Flooring

Our experienced floor layers are responsible for laying various floor coverings in all types of buildings and handle a variety of materials in the process, including carpet, wood, tile, cement, laminate, linoleum, vinyl, and rubber.

And more…

We also manage the roofing, plastering, decorating and all other aspects of the project. The team are made up of qualified tradesman’s with years of experience. We aren’t just here to do a job, we are here to help create your ideal home.
